Talk With Us About Your Home's Water
The phone is the one way to reach us, and that suits the work. A short conversation tells us what you are noticing at the tap, so your free water test starts with the right questions.

What Happens When You Phone
We ask what brought you to call: spotting on glass shower doors, scale around fixtures, a taste you would rather not drink, or a water heater that seems to work harder than it used to. Then we arrange a time to visit your home for the test. It is a free water test with zero obligation, and nothing is recommended until the readings are in front of us.
Once results are clear, we explain them in plain terms and talk through which system fits, if any. Scale is worth catching early, since a coated heating element uses more energy to warm the same water. We give pricing by phone with each part named. Our offer of install included with water treatment systems means the number you get already accounts for fitting the equipment in your home.
Helpful to Have Ready Before You Phone
- A rough sense of where your main water line enters the house and where the water heater sits.
- Any equipment already in place, such as an older softener or an under-sink filter, and roughly how old it is.
- The specific things you notice, like white residue on fixtures or a change in taste.
- Two or three windows in the coming week when someone can be home while we test.
